As a recovering perfectionist and fellow chronic illness warrior, I know how easy it is to believe that struggling means something is wrong with you. The pressure to keep going, to push through pain or fatigue, can be overwhelming. And when that pressure is paired with a harsh inner critic, it can feel nearly impossible to move forward.
